Today I saw a sign
On a restaurant window
In a drive through.
It said:
“We will be Drive Through Only
From March 18 Until March 30th”
Or something like that.
It was obviously outdated.
And it reminded me
How flat that curve was supposed to have gotten,
And
How very long this year has been.
I am ready for 2020 to close up.
I always like welcoming a fresh year
And although I have a feeling
That we will have unique hurdles coming our way yet,
I think going into something with focus
And stability
And determination
Can definitely count for something.
